Join Wade Jacklin and his wife this April on a couples getaway to Belize. Wade has been down to Belize so many times that the locals are starting to know him by name. This year he is hosting a couples trip to Ambergris Caye that is sure to be a blast for the ladies and the guys. The fishing in April is very good, as our permit are now in full swing feeding alonside the many bonefish already on the flats. We also have some new secret spots for schoolie tarpon that the more serious fisherman can explore. Each day, your guide will pick you up right at the dock in front of the resort and take you to the fishing grounds. Some of our best fishing is just a 10-20 minute boat ride from the dock, so enjoy the short boat ride, but be ready for a lot of fishing!
Here is how the trip works: Arrive in Belize on Sunday, April 11th. We hand picked this time period because the full moon has just ended and the fish should be on the flats to feed everyday. Fishing will be 5 full days Monday - Friday, and Saturday will most likely be spent by the pool just relaxing and sharing fish stories from the week. You will depart Belize on Sunday, April 18th. Included in this package will be Accomodations for 2, 5 full days guided flats fishing, breakfast at the resort and lunch on the water daily, taxi service each night into town, and round trip air transfers from Belize City International airport using Tropic Airlines. Cost per couple: $2,975

Accomodations will be provided by Caribe Island Resort, and each couple will be furnished with a one bedroom condo unit overlooking the water on one of the best white sand beaches in Ambergris Caye. Each unit features a full liiving room, full bathroom, kitchen and full queen size bedroom. In addition, each unit has a private veranda for just sipping coffee at sunrise. Caribe Island Resort is located just 1.5 miles south of San Pedro. We chose this location for our services because it is just far enough away from the crowds, yet still has easy access to all the restaurants and shops with our taxi service included in your stay.
