Deposits are due within 10 days of booking your trip. Reservations are not confirmed until your deposit is received. Deposits are 50% of the weekly rate times the number of guests. The remaining deposits are due 30 days prior to arrival in Belize. If deposits are not received within the specified time frame, your reservation is subject to cancellation. The balance of your trip is due no later than 45 days prior to your first arrival date. If full payment is not made by the designated date, Belize Fly Zone Outfitters reserves the right to cancel the trip with forfeiture of all monies previously paid. Click here to

You will be required to forward your date of birth, passport number and expiration date, arrival and departure flight information as well as emergency contact information. We need this information to satisfy Belizean airline requirements and to ensure that our host meet you in a timely manner upon your arrival to the island.
